Atlantis, The Palm is inviting guests to celebrate new beginnings and fresh starts with cultural celebrations at one of Dubai’s most loved Chinese restaurants. Hakkasan will welcome guests with both a signature set menu and à la carte dishes featuring yu sheng salad with house cured salmon, quail blossom puff, crispy kumquat chicken, wok-fried prawn with macadamia nuts and braised abalone roasted duck fried rice with dried scallops and shitake mushrooms.
