The latest collection of exceptional timepieces from Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrates the maison’s storied past, artistic flair and visionary attitude.
Inspired by the iconic Memovox Polaris watch from 1968, Jaeger-LeCoultre has developed a new collection sure to appeal to the modern-day gent. Boasting a chronograph, a chronograph world time, a three-hand automatic timepiece as well as the Polaris Date and Polaris Memovox, each timepiece has a distinctly sporty and undeniably sophisticated feel.
A definite highlight is the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Memovox. Limited to 1,000 pieces, this model features the same alarm function made famous by the 1968 edition. This 50th anniversary timepiece has an iconic three-crown design: one on top for setting the alarm and the date, the middle for the inner rotating bezel and at the bottom for setting the time. Ideal then for the global jet-setter, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph World Time offers it all, including an in-house chronograph, world time complication and an additional crown at 10 o’clock − which you can use to set to the city you are in and immediately see the time in 23 other cities around the world.
A true show of artisanal craftsmanship, the Reverso Tribute Duoface is part of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s latest collaboration with celebrated Argentinian bootmakers, Casa Fagliano. Limited to 100 pieces, these stunning timepieces feature a two-tone handcrafted cordovan leather strap. The warm pink gold case then offers two contrasting dials, each displaying a different time zone. The slate grey sunray dial on the front features hand-applied hour markers, while on the other side of the watch, the local time is displayed on a silvered dial that juxtaposes two finishes – a Clous de Paris guilloché on the background and an opaline finish in the centre. Also debuting a supple Fagliano Collection strap, discover the dashing Reverso Tribute Small Seconds timepiece in a smart navy and stainless steel combination.
