Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony December 9, 2021 6:30pm
Mark the beginning of the holiday season as Park Hyatt Dubai lights up its Christmas tree at Piazza – the hotel’s winter pop-up by Noépe. Sing along to traditional carols while enjoying roasted chestnuts and other seasonal treats.

Christmas Eve December 24, 2021 12pm onwards
Spend Christmas Eve in style with Park Hyatt Dubai’s festive offering. At Boardwalk, diners can savour a holiday-themed menu while a live band plays tunes of the season from 12pm onwards. At Lakeview, enjoy an afternoon barbecue while taking in stunning views of the golf course.
The Christmas Eve edition of the hotel’s popular Traiteur Brunch presents an extravagant selection of festive favourites at an array of live cooking stations sprawled across three venues: Brasserie du Park, Noépe and The Thai Kitchen.
Choose to celebrate a little differently with a Spanish fiesta brunch at Casa de Tapas, featuring an unlimited selection of tapas and a live paella station. While for dinner, count down to Christmas Day with the venue’s set menu or à la carte offering.
Another exciting option for those looking to celebrate late into the night is QD’s, which is one of the city’s favourite spots for sunset dining. On Christmas Eve, a DJ will get you in the groove while you savour a three-course meal, served from 4pm to 3am at the venue.
Christmas Day December 25, 2021 12pm onwards
Celebrate Christmas Day with stunning views of Dubai Creek in the backdrop at Boardwalk. Enjoy a traditional Christmas brunch buffet with all the trimmings and classic Mediterranean dishes with friends and family. There’s also a supervised children’s area at the venue, where the little ones can enjoy festive activities plus a special visit from Santa Claus.
For an exclusive celebration overlooking the Dubai Creek Championship golf course, Lakeview will serve up a delicious buffet featuring festive favourites while a live band keeps guests entertained.
The Dubai-favourite Traiteur Brunch is also a fantastic option for Christmas Day with a selection of festive dishes available across the hotel’s restaurants: Brasserie du Park, Noépe and The Thai Kitchen.
Then, keep the party going at Cielo Sky Lounge, which will host the official post-brunch party on Christmas Day, offering happy hours from 4pm to 6pm. Finally, at QD’s, tuck into a three-course festive menu on Christmas Day, served from 4pm to 3am.
Boxing Day December 26, 2021 1pm onwards
The third festive edition of the Traiteur Brunch will take place on Boxing Day with exquisite cuisine, mesmerising views and a lively ambience. Those choosing to enjoy a longer lie-in after Christmas Day can head to Lakeview for the venue’s Boxing Day Champagne breakfast featuring a full English breakfast with free-flowing bubbles.
New Year’s Eve December 31, 2021 8:30pm onwards
Bid farewell to 2021 and welcome the New Year in style under the stars at Boardwalk, where guests will be able to enjoy live entertainment on the deck overlooking Dubai Creek while tucking into a seven-course set menu.
For New Year’s Eve with a cultural twist, enjoy The Thai Kitchen’s funfair dinner, featuring a family-style sharing menu, live music, Thai performers and dazzling views of the fireworks. At Noépe, spend the evening around the firepit and enjoy an open bar with canapés while listening to the resident DJ.
The newly-opened Cinnamon Bazaar will host a spectacular evening with culinary creations from Indian-British celebrity chef Vivek Singh, while Lakeview will serve up a delicious buffet. Cielo Sky Lounge will host a spectacular celebration with delightful bites and inventive drinks from 10pm to 1am while QD’s will offer live entertainment through the evening.
At Casa de Tapas, embrace New Year’s Eve the Spanish way with delicious treats, a live band and acrobatic salsa. While at The Lounge, enjoy a selection of canapés with beverages.
