Fresh, hearty and healthy is the culinary focus at chef Izu Ani’s latest dining concept at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. From Gaia in DIFC to Izu Brasserie in City Walk, the chef introduces yet another hit with Fika, which in Swedish stands for “a break for cake and coffee”. While the setting at this newly-launched restaurant is truly laid-back, the menu is all about clean indulgence. Feast guilt-free, thanks to the wholesome dishes that are prepared to nourish the body, mind and soul.
