Molecule brings French bistronomy to Dubai

Adding a creative twist to traditional French cuisine, the newly-opened Molecule at Dubai Design District brings together rich, bold and refined flavours in a casual dining setting. Based on the principles of bistronomy, the culinary movement which revolutionised French dining by presenting high-end cuisine in the humble and intimate settings of a bistro, Molecule is a pioneer in bringing this dining culture to the UAE.

Molecule promises to transport guests on a sensory journey that celebrates culinary creativity with its sharing-style menu that uses quality fresh ingredients and seasonal produce. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Udo Moreau whose portfolio includes the iconic Michelin star restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris and London.

Popular dishes include yellowfin tuna tartare, Chilean sea bass with lemon and capers, lamb rack with roasted sage, salmon with roasted sesame, carrot with goat cheese gazpacho, aubergine with labneh and pomegranate, and crème brulee and mille-feuille for dessert.

The team behind Molecule partnered with industry leader Ansonia Concepts to develop a creative layout and design for the restaurant. The attention to detail and brilliant aesthetics reflects the fact that the restaurant is located in the city’s neighbourhood dedicated to innovation in design.

Molecule at Dubai Design District is open every day from 12 noon to 2 am.
