Renowned chef Cristian Goya dedicated his career to showcasing his Japanese heritage and Argentinian upbringing. The result – a stunning new pop-up venue on the rooftop of Jumeirah Al Naseem. Having risen up the ranks within no time, Kayto brings a taste of Nikkei cuisine (Peruvian meets Japanese) to Dubai. Designed for sharing, the menu uses a range of classic flavours, including miso, yuzu and truffle, to showcase extraordinary signatures from the two culinary heartlands. For a taste of what to expect, there’s everything from ceviche, sushi and nigiri rolls to succulent wagyu beef and corn-fed chicken.
