Named the Arab World’s cultural capital by UNESCO, Sharjah continues its cultural offerings through this year’s Sharjah Biennial. Held every two years, some of the best artists and curators from around the world flock to the emirate to participate in this growing cultural fair, with this year’s event continuing until June 10. The 14th edition, titled Leaving theEcho Chamber, has seen spectacular works by nearly 90 established artists from around the world showcased along with 60 new commissions and many never-before-seen artworks.
