Now that those longed-for chilly winter evenings have really settled in, news that Galvin Bistrot & Bar had revamped its menu with several classic dishes, think a hearty new beef bourguignon and creamy bouillabaisse with gruyère, rouille and toasted sourdough, has been more than well received.
