The world-renowned Hay Festival will grace Abu Dhabi for the first time from February 25 to 28. Taking place at Manarat Al Saadiyat, the event will see internationally acclaimed writers, journalists, historians, filmmakers and artists descend on the UAE capital during four days of entertainment and inspiration. Promising a packed line-up, the programme will feature panel discussions that spotlight new ideas in the fields of art and science as well as conversations around current affairs. International musicians will take over the floor in the evenings to entertain the crowds. With the current edition, the festival returns to the Arab world, building on the success of three seasons in Beirut from 2009 to 2012.
