Located on Saadiyat Island, it is part of the Mamsha Al Saadiyat Community. Beachgoers pay AED50 on weekdays and AED75 on weekends to access this serene coastal beauty – giving them a sun lounger and parasol. For those looking to enjoy Saadiyat Island’s glistening waters without spending too much, Saadiyat Public Beach is also a great choice.
Abu Dhabi Corniche
On the capital’s sunny shores, beautiful beaches are a dime a dozen, but the Corniche remains one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular spots. Khor Kalba, located near the border of Oman, boasts a stunning seven-kilometre stretch of sand and pristine waters. The Khor Kalba Conservation Reserve is a mangrove forest teeming with exotic flora and fauna, and animals sometimes flock to the shotes. Kalba Beach is an important nesting site for hawksbill turtles and it is also the only breeding place in the UAE for the endangered Arabian-collared kingfisher.
