Vikas Khanna is not only a Michelin starred chef, writer, filmmaker and the judge of MasterChef India, he is also the creator of Junoon, an award-winning Indian fine-dining concept that has made its way from New York to Dubai. We recently had the chance to taste our way through some of his creations, and the dishes certainly didn't disappoint. India's diverse regional specialities are represented here, at his restaurant in Shangri-La Dubai.
