Dolphin Encounter

• Shallow water interaction, non-swimmers are welcome
• Open to all ages
• Limited to just 10 guests per dolphin
• Connect to your dolphin through kisses, hugs and dancing
• Enjoy watching as they show off their high energy behaviours
• Discover interesting information about dolphins and other marine mammals
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and above). One adult per three children, per interaction

Dolphin Adventure

• The entire interaction takes place in deep water (3M), guests must be confident swimmers and able to tread water
• Limited to just 6 guests per dolphin
• 30 minutes in the water
• Experience the fun of spinning around as our dolphin pushes your hand
• Take a thrilling belly ride from the centre of the lagoon
• Connect to your dolphin through deep water hugs, kisses and dancing
• Discover interesting information about dolphins and other marine mammals
• The experience includes an orientation session and 30 minutes up close with a dolphin within which time they journey to the depths of our lagoon alongside one of our dolphins

Dolphin Scuba Dive

• Dive into the depths of Dolphin Bay lagoon alongside one of resident Dolphins with the Atlantis Dolphin Scuba Dive. The dive takes place in 3 metres of waters and offers a unique view of these charismatic creatures
• You will need to present the original copy of your dive certification to participate
• Guests must be certified divers (minimum Open Water)
• Must be at least 15 years old and hold a valid dive certification. (Junior certification are not accepted)
• Limited to just 6 guests per dolphin
• 30 minutes in the water (maximum depth 3m)
• Dive equipment provided

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dolphin Encounter

• Children of all ages are welcome to participate in Dolphin Encounter. All children under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating adult of 18 years and above.

Dolphin Adventure

• Children must be minimum 8 years old to participate. All children under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating adult of 18 years and above.
• Guests participating in the Dolphin Adventure must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water.

Overall

• Jewellery, watches, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses and loose articles are not permitted in the water.
• Atlantis provide all guests with either a wetsuit or swim vest for their interaction; you will wear your swim suit underneath. All guests are required to wear either a wetsuit or swim vest during their programme. For the safety of our animals, we cannot allow you to wear your personal wetsuits.
• Cameras are not allowed in the water. However, Atlantis provides a photographer throughout the interaction.
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the interaction itself.
• It is very important you arrive at your scheduled time. Atlantis is not able to provide a refund or reschedule you if you do not arrive on time.
• Please do not apply any type of tanning oil prior to entering the water. Tanning oils can wash off into the lagoons and can harm the dolphins. Sunscreens and sunblocks are permitted if applied in moderation. Any excess should be removed prior to your experience. Please keep in mind that you will be wearing a wetsuit which does provide some sun protection.
• Dolphin Bay is a smoke-free facility.
• For the health and safety of the animal collection if you have come in contact with or been exposed to a beached or stranded marine mammal in the past 24 hours you must not participate in our programs.
• Under the EHS Marine Mammal Regulations of 2008, Dolphin Bay advises the following:
• Dolphin Interaction programmes present some potential risk of injury
• Anyone who restrains, pulls or grabs at a dolphin shall be immediately removed from the programme without recourse
• Participants must not touch the eye, blowhole or private regions of a dolphin
• The participants should only touch the dolphins under the direction of the marine mammal specialist
• Entry to various non-interactive areas is prohibited to visitors
• Showering facilities with soap are available for guests before and after interaction sessions
• No jewellery or loose articles may be worn during any of the programmes
• Food and drinks must not be consumed at the beach area of the lagoon
• A person shall not be permitted in any interactive programme for any of the following reasons:
• A person is unable to comprehend or disregards safety instructions.
• A person is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or otherwise similarly impaired. The determination as to the fitness of a person to participate in an interaction will be made solely at the discretion of Dolphin Bay management.
• A person is unaccompanied and unable to participate alone due to a physical or mental impairment.
• Children must be able to comprehend and follow instructions. Note: For the Dolphin Encounter (Shallow Water Interaction), young children may need to be held by an adult during participation due to their height and abilities. This adult must be a participant in the programme

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel a booked service, it is mandatory to use the relevant form on the myconcierge.com website (found in your User Profile).
• 72 hours before the experience scheduled or no-show: no refund.
• The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting the credit card used for booking.

The allocated credit card will be blocked with the total amount of your booking while the booking request is confirmed with the Supplier and will only be charged upon successful confirmation.
