The ‘Curry Club’ menu, designed by Chef Pradeep Kumar, takes you on an extraordinary voyage through the country’s culinary hotspots. Feast on street food favourites from Mumbai, sour Goan lamb curries and mildly spiced meats from the North, for those not too fond of the heat. Diners can also expect seafood rich in flavour and fresh Indian bread brought straight to the table from the traditional Indian-style oven called ‘tandoor’.

For starters, you can tuck into pani puri, a popular Indian street food with potatoes and flavoured water served in a puffed up wafer, and chicken cubes tossed with spices. Main course comprises four curry bowls, which you can sample with steamed or flavoured rice and Indian bread. Popular curries include chicken tikka masala, fish curry, lamb and coconut curry and butter chicken, while the vegetarians can choose from eggplant and jalapeno gravy as well as cottage cheese cooked in a rich and creamy sauce.
